-understand and make decisions according to the defined Client Policies and Procedures
- familiarize with or be interested in media products as defined by the client ( Music, TV Shows, Places , Books, Authors etc)
- respond to contacts from users within the agreed timelines and quality standards
- enforce our Terms of use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site
- identify inefficiencies/improvement opportunities in workflows and suggest solutions
- interface effectively with other international and Client teams
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- fluent reading and writing skills in Arabic or Turkish
- strong knowledge of culture/tradition and also updated with pop culture, music, TV shows, places, boks and authors is a must
- highly level of proficiency in utilizing search engines such as google and bing
- graduate with minimum 1 year of working experience ( preferably in a multinational environment)
- extremely reliable, consistent, hard-working and ability to work analytically within a problem solving environment
- computer literacy and passionate about internet
