Process Accounts Payable documents based on work flow working list (park or book documents in SAP)
Perform Invoice compliance control
Block/release invoices for payments
Generating Accounts Payable daily weekly monthly reports without any supervision
Follow up, match and reconcile accounts payable;
Reconciliation of intercompany expenses & revenues, work in progress balances
Reconciliation Sub ledgers with General Ledger
Respond to intercompany inquiries, resolving problems
Balance sheet reviews and specification
Preparing Month end Closure accruals
Reporting Interco in IRIS
Cooperation & communication with closing responsible on actions improving IC status
Fluent Romanian and English
Prior accounting experience
Experience in SSC/BPO will be an asset but is not a must as we will provide relevant training
Knowledge of MS Excel and SAP/Oracle will be an advantage
University Degree – Accounting/Finance/Economic preferred
