On behalf of our client, major Central & Eastern Europe transport and distribution group for well-known FMCG brands, with annual turnover of approx. US$ 140 million (2005), we are recruiting a top management position of Warehousing Director (Code WDA). The person will be in charge with group's warehousing line of business, directly managing the new, state of the art, warehousing facilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- managing and organizing warehouse operations and activities according with the contractual relations and clients requests;
- improving logistics operations;
- prospecting for new clients;
- ensuring existing customers¿ satisfaction;
- active role in contract negotiations and business development.
- Sound Business background (MBA or equivalent will be a great asset);
- Relevant experience in logistics management with modern warehousing facilities, preferably within multinational environment;
- Proven communication/negotiation skills;
- Availability for relocation or daily commuting to Ploiesti; traveling to Cluj and Timisoara may also be required.
