The Warehouse Department Leader is an experienced management role for the new P&G plant to be opened in Urlati. He/she will be responsible in the first year to lead the warehouse department start-up . This comprises the recruiting of the warehouse department employees , the training and qualification of the employees and the implementation of the warehousing systems and work processes. In this phase, the department leader will very closely collaborate with the Engineering logistic team and has the joint responsibility to deliver the project commitments as per the project scorecard, as well as building the longer term capability .
Specifically , in this role , the person will ensure
(i) Logistic readiness
(ii) Warehouse Management System (RTVIS) implementation
(iii) Meeting the start up costs as per target
(iv) Start-up of an external warehouse additionnally to the in-house warehouse
Beyond the start-up, the person is responsible to lead the warehousing department (both raw and pack material inbound and finished product outbound), delivering the going results and capability improvements. The team will consist of around 35-40 people.

Logistics experience preferred
