- Applies the integrated approach for People Development for the employees in the Core Manufacturing process;
- Creates a learning environment for each type of training to address the improvement of capabilities for both individual and company;
- Coordinates internal courses according to the priorities and needs identified by the Production managers;
- Communicates with external training providers in order to manage external technical trainings;
- Keeps record of all training activities in the database and to monitor the effectiveness of development activities;
- Acts as a resource in training budget evaluation and also to execute modular programmes assessments.
- University graduate (technical background);
- Leadership capabilities and highly developed coaching skills;
- Proven previous training experience is an advantage (preferably in production field);
- Very good knowledge of English language and advanced computer literacy;
- Good communication skills and abilities to interact with all employees;
- Training and presentation skills, achievement driven.
