- Planifica, conduce si coordoneaza direct implementarea proiectului de dezvoltare/ tehnologizare a noii fabricii;
- Stabileste obiective, organizeaza si optimizeaza munca echipelor si a personalului auxiliar implicat in derularea proiectului;
- Estimeaza necesitatile, identifica si asigura resursele operationale pentru desfasurarea proiectului;
- Optimizeaza activitatea proiectului asigurand profitabilitatea si productivitatea lucrarilor;
- Supervizeaza lucrarile in curs din punct de vedere tehnic si realizeaza rapoarte privind stadiul lucrarilor;
- Coordoneaza si integreaza toate aspectele tehnice la nivelul fabricii;
- Studii superioare de specialitate(Inginerie Mecanica, Constructii, Instalatii);
- Experienta min. 3 ani in Managementul Proiectelor Tehnice(constituie un avantaj constructia si utilarea halelor industriale);
- Abilitati de analiza, planificare si organizare;
- Excelente abilitati interpersonale si de negociere ;
- Limba engleza-nivel avansat;
- Carnet de conducere.
