o Deputy General Management role for the production and Technical departments and activities
o Management of the industrial project of the green field plant
o Organize , supervise and manage the greenfield industrial project for the construction of the plant
o Manage and control all relationships with contractors, business partners
o Manage the Production , Quality Control, Maintenance departments and teams
o Project Management concerning the technological processes, sep up the machineries , launch of the production lines
o Provides regular management reports to company HQ for all technical and production related issues
o Technical engineer (experience of injection technologies would be an asset)
o Relevant experience ( min 5 years ) in Management of technical / production
o Experience in greenfield operations and industrial project management would be a plus
o Fluent English
