-Mentine legatura cu furnizorii interni/externi alocati;
-Gestioneaza relatia cu furnizorii: participa la negocierea contractelor de aprovizionare, lanseaza comenzile, urmareste livrarea si rezolva eventualele probleme aparute, dispune efectuarea platilor catre furnizori;
-Efectueaza studii de piata, identifica furnizori noi;
-Tine evidenta contractelor cu furnizorii;
-Actualizeaza periodic baza de date cu informatii legate de furnizori, produse, preturi;
-Realizeaza necesarul de aprovizionare si il trimite sefului ierarhic;
-Actualizeaza informatiile in programul de gestiune.
-Studii superioare finalizate;
-Experienta derulare relatii comerciale minim 3 ani;
-Experienta gestionare contracte furnizori(negociere, incheiere contracte, urmarire);
-Experienta in corespondenta de afaceri;
-Abilitati de comunicare si negociere;
-Atitudine proactiva;
-Spirit de echipa;
-Cunostinte operare PC: Word, Excel, mail, Internet;
-Limba Engleza si Italiana-nivel avansat.
