Previous experience within an engineering company of at least 10 years is a must;

Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented;
Ability to work independently and be service minded;
High degree of flexibility;
Very good communication skills;
Previous experience as a hiring manager is a plus;
Experience with quality standards would be a plus;
