Our client, the largest oil and gas producer in South Eastern Europe, is looking for a Senior Counsel for the Exploration and Production Division in Ploiesti.
You must be Romanian qualified lawyer who is able to draft legal documents in English. Knowledge of any additional language is always an added bonus (German would be preferred). You must be able to work as a team player, team which you will successfully coordinate and guide. You must have at least 7 years practical experience in a law firm or as an in house legal advisor. Experience with EPC, EPCC, EPCM Contracts, Drilling, DRS and Seismic contracts and/or Gas and Power specific contracts, as well as knowledge of oil and gas industry is required. Post graduate law degree from a U.K. or U.S. or an EU country university or basic knowledge of International Law is an advantage.
