The Recruiting Leader is responsible for filling in the needed openings in due time, as well as position the P&G Employer Brand towards the target group of candidates.
Responsibilities:
Maintain close relationship with Business Account Managers (HR Managers for departments) for recruitment needs;
Establish the sourcing strategy for openings by fiscal year;
Develop and maintain contacts with target universities
Position P&G's Employer Brand via events, trainings, activities, job fairs
Manage internal resources - Interviewers, Functional Recruiting Contacts, Campus Teams
Fresh graduate or young professional
Top talent with business background coupled with HR interest
Evidence of passion and achievements in academic or non-academic activities
Leadership/self starting capabilities, collaboration skills, creativity and strategic analysis
Good command of the English language.
