Realizarea transferului convorbirilor telefonice;
Receptionarea si transmiterea fax – urilor si a corespondentei;
Intampinarea vizitatorilor si directionarea acestora catre persoanelele vizate;
Inregistrarea documentelor in registrele de intrari/ iesiri.
Abilitati de operare PC ( Word, Excel);
Cunostinte de limba engleza – nivel mediu;
Abilitati de organizare si planificare;
Foarte bune abilitati de comunicare.
