Experienced sourcing manager for a Production Site Capital & Expense spending (purchasing of engineering, construction, equipment and administrative services).

Experienced sourcing manager for a Production Site Capital & Expense spending (purchasing of engineering, construction, equipment and administrative services). Person is expected to:
- have or develop a thorough understanding of the local market conditions and local legislations / codes,
- conduct market surveys for a number of spending pools,
- identify a supply base appropriate to the spending pools and project needs,
- issue inquiries,
- negotiate to guarantee optimal results,
- allocate business in alignment with P&G directions,
- set up contractual agreements as required, based upon P&G guidelines,
- follow the project closely through execution, leading change order management and project close out,
- Handle claims if required,
- Build fruitful supplier relationships, in line with P&G vendor relationship guidelines.


All work is to be handled according to P&G ethics and guidelines. All work to happen in line with project timings in order to meet overall project schedules.
