The person will take the job of Production Engineer issue and will be responsible for preparing the production line before start-up activities. The position will be located in Ploiesti Factory.
Responsibilities:
1. To provide support in setting the production equipment in the Plant
2. Increase productivity and cost reduction, reduce process reject Activity
3. Reduce equipment downtime – from engineering point of view (improvement of machines)
4. Forecast and establishments of production capacity, production line for new project with our Company Production Engineers.
5. Make plan for equipment investment.
1. Electrical or Mechanical Engineer experience
2. To be familiar with standards operations sheets (SOS)
3. Calculation of OEE - Overall Efficiency Equipment
4. Industrial engineering knowledge
5. KAISAN knowledge
6. Able to work with PCP - Process Control Plan and PLC
7. Work with PFEMA (Process Failure Analysis)
8. To be able to make statistical analysis, line improvments
9. AUTOCAD, Visio knowledge
10. Good English level
