RESPONSABILITATI

Procures the required materials and services within his/her range of responsibility at the right quantity, right time, optimal price and optimal quality.

Areas of responsibilities:
1. Procurement:
- conducts all operational tasks within PO creation and approval process according to applying procedures
- registers and archives all documents related to the procurement process
- draft & issue documents
- gets approvals for all documents according to approval matrix
- participate in price negotiations with vendors within the range of responsibility assigned by his/her superior
- check and coordinate contracts with Legal and other departments on a day-to-day basis in close cooperation with senior buyer
- create and issue contracts, overview their expiry dates and inform beneficiaries accordingly
- identifies new opportunities of initiation of frame contracts in his/her range of activity
- collects claims and clarifies with suppliers, escalates difficult cases to senior buyer
- tracks claim history and hands over analyses to senior buyer
- searches for new vendors if required on basis of existing demand or triggered by need identifyed by Strategic Procurement Office

2. Controlling&Reporting:
- provides regular input for demand forecast/development of spend volume planning as requested by Supply Chain Reporting Office
- ensures purchase request/purchase orders correctness
- supports verification of invoices according to existing process&responsibilities

3. Others:
- administrative work (schedules meetings, reserves rooms etc.)
- initiates and maintains good relationship with all other departments with interfaces to procurement activities
- acts according to internal and external guidelines and legal requirements
- attends trainings and other educational programms

CERINTE

- University degree/equivalent diploma + related experience and/or training
- Experience on similar positions
- Good command of English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Very good MS Office and Internet skills
- Previous exposure to SAP is appreciated
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Good communication and negociation skills
