Designing manufacturing processes.
Implementing and improving manufacturing technologies.
Adjusting the manufacturing process to the product execution (cutting conditions, tools, measuring devices, adjustment technology).
Improving the production processes.
Making proposals for improving SDV.
Reducing losses in the production process (cost analyse, SDV)
Requiring alternatives for execution of the same type of product to the specialized department.
Mechanical Engineering Degree.
Minimum 3 years of work experience in production engineering (grinding, CNC equipment).
Knowledge of Lean 6Sigma (creating Kanban, traceability process, analysis process deviations).
Capacity to understand and process statistical information (analyse the production costs, equipment capabilities, process indicators).
English - fluent.
Good communication skills.
