Responsibilities:
- Develop of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and energy and mass balances
- Develop of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
- Sizing of pumps, heat exchangers, PRVs/PSVs, vessels, special parts
- Preparation of data sheets for pumps, vessels, heat exchangers PRVs/PSVs
- Perform hydraulic and heat calculation
- Preparation of control philosophy
- Preparation of process descriptions, functional descriptions and operating manuals of designed processes
- Preparation of specifications for control valve and instruments - Pipeline sizing
- Design of steam and condensate, chilled water, compressed air, purified water, soft water systems
- Prepare optimization report of existing systems with proposed scope of modernization and calculated payback time - Prepare scope of work and estimating of design hours for defined projects
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years experience in the design, including E&P,refinery or chemical projects
- Very good knowledge of English - Knowledge of software i.e.: HYSYS/Flaranet/ Unisim/ PRO II/ Flaresim
- Familiarity with the Romanian and international norms and standards in the given discipline
- University degree - Good analytical skills - Good communication skils
- Result and problem solving orientation
- Ability to work in a team
