Process design and development from concept to SOP that achieves design, quality and process standards.
Facility specification, procurement, supplier management, capacity planning, layout, commissioning, training and handover.
Develop project timing plans, maintain, update, critical path, recovery and risk identification.
Problem solving and countermeasure development and implementation.
Provide and maintain accurate, reliable and timely departmental documentation, report generation.
Work instruction, operation sheet creation.
Budget control and record keeping.
Pre-production build planning, organising, control and delivery of samples.
Adherence to all company rules and procedures especially Health & Safety.
FMEA, Process Sequence Chart creation.
University degree –Technical / Engineering – Mechanical.
Experience working in an industrial environment in an Engineering capacity.
Experience in a similar position at least a year. Experience in automotive industry is an advantage.
Experience in new projects implementation.
Experience in subcontractors management.
Sound knowledge and experience in Mechanical Engineering disciplines, with the ability to apply fundamental principles in practical applications.
Quality principles and understanding and application of process capability.
Experience and knowledge of FMEA, Control Plans and Process Sequence Chart.
Basic Industrial Engineering knowledge, time study appreciation, production capacity, process flow, material handling, etc.
Basic project management skills.
Good communication abilities.
Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
Computer skills – MS Office, AutoCAD.
Foreign languages: English – very good.
