Process Electronic Engineer

RESPONSABILITATI

Participating in the development and implementation of new product manufacturing from concept to current production;

Proposing and validating the installation and implementation of processes and equipment;

Participating actively in project meetings, initiating and following up action plans, closing the projects on deadline;

Providing support and participating in the installation and commissioning of machines and equipment coordinating the operations and realizing the machines validation testes after installation/relocation;

Controlling and reporting the progress of the new projects launching (EPMS);

Preparing technical and production specifications for machines and equipment in order to meet production volumes required;

Performing validation tests, receiving equipment and tools according to the procedures in force;

Preparing the production line sites and changing them in order to install new machines/equipment;

Proposing and providing facilities installation related to production process in order to ensure necessary utilities (electricity, pneumatics, water, etc.);

Ensuring process and material flow integration according to the plant policy;

Performing analysis for products and equipment capability in order to provide feedback on the development of products;

Supporting the volumes and design changes in products;

Providing solutions in order to eliminate the deficiencies found in the development and current production;

Creating / keeping under control specific engineering documents for production lines, following projects assigned by the direct supervisor;

Providing technical expertise for machines, equipment and tools’ problems for solving and optimizing deficitary processes;

Standardizing processes and systems in order to reduce waste of resources’;

Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and proposing ways to implement solutions agreed upon;

Monitoring and controlling the budget for each project;

Enforcing process standards;

Proposing investments for improving production processes (new releases, renewal, replacement parts, improvement, tests, etc.)
