- Achieve all quality requirements and standards for Injection
- Provides guidance on issues affecting PET blowing - light weighting and optimization
- Provides guidance to the plants for achieving quality requirements of secondary packaging - to all plant managers
- Establish budgets and manages financial performance for the injection area
- Ensures operational staff in the injection area is suitably capable and act appropriately for their assigned work areas. Builds a motivated team in the injection area to deliver a high standard of performance
- Engineering degree
- Experience and knowledgeable about PET injection and Blowing
- Experienced in all areas of secondary packaging optimization
- Knowledge about food industry
