Managing and coordinating the operations and systems infrastructure of a major operating unit.
Planning and monitoring activity.
Performance evaluation / results.
Performing an analysis of errors / deviations and determining corrective action processes.
Developing, coordinating and implementing projects and proposals to improve manufacturing processes to achieve performance indicators (KPI's); realizing the production cost analysis and improvement, quality and delivery time.
Creating and improving the organizational structure:
- training and allocating people in the team
- setting mode and a work program
- performance improvement by supporting subordinates performance / potential, restructuring / reorganization
Implementing and monitoring policies and standards regarding Environmental Safety and Health at Work.
Mechanical Engineering Degree.
Work experience in production engineering - minimum 5 years.
Management experience - minimum 5 years.
Experience working with databases (SAP, SQL, MS Office, Access).
Proficient in both the spoken and written English language.
Knowledge and proven experience of LEAN 6Sigma (creating Kanban, traceability process, analysis process deviations, events kaizen).
Capacity to understand and process statistical information (analyse the production costs, equipment capabilities, process indicators).
Good communication and relationship skills.
Good planning and organizational skills.
