Key Responsibilities
• • Performs and updates a 24 months plan for the product launches and follows up the readiness of plant, product, process and suppliers;
• Performs and updates a 12 months plan for the product, processes or supplier change;
• Performs and updates a 3 months plan for the preseries batches, run at rate, PPAP and SOP, and ensures the integration of these batches in MPS and SIOP for production capacity allocation;
• Coordinates the preseries batches, PPAP, and ramp-up ensuring a timely, quality and effective implementation;
• Direct link between the Program Managers and Supply Chain;
• Direct link between Supply Chain and Production dept;
• Coordinates the receipt, storage and the inventory accuracy for the not homologated raw materials;
• Initiates and validates the components kits for above mentioned batches;
• Ensures the packaging and the transportation of samples as per customer requirement;
• Ensures a proper disposal of scrap;
• Identifies and implements continuous improvement actions within own area of action but not limited to;
• Presents recurrent reports for product launches readiness and status;
Minimum Qualifications:
• Experience in program management
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP and Supply chain management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess excellent organizational ability, effective negotiation skills and interacts effectively with internal and external parties.
• Motivates and influences others, promoting self-learning and continuous improvement
• Well organized to manage multiple competing priorities in parallel.
• Fluent in English. Other languages a plus
• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Business Administration or related.
• Automotive industry experience preferred
• Six Sigma lean/Green-belt preferred.
