The person in charge will work in the manufacturing department and will be responsible with HVAC line assembly.The job holder will report to the Manufacturing Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- To explain and execute the Company manufacturing policy in HVAC assembly line;
- To maintain the safety and sanitation in the HVAC assembly line;
- To maintain the quality and cost improvement;
- To provide support to Manufacturing in budgeting and actual control;
- To support the achievement of production target;
- To control the changing point;
- To control the documents in the assembly line;
- To cultivate the technical skills and to increase the number of certified skilled worker – training activities in HVAC assembly line;
- To shift the operators if people directly involved in the production process cannot achieve the daily quantity target in HVAC assembly line.
- Technical background - high-school degree at least;
- Good knowledge in Romanian shop-floor operations;
- English language – good level;
- Computer literate;
- Availability for work in shifts;
