For our operations in Ploiesti we are looking for a new colleague, to join our TEAM in the role of IT Engineer (Helpdesk support & IT operations improvement).
Roles And Responsibilities
Primary:
- Support IT Infrastructure on local site. Experience of 1st line user support is essential and WAN infrastructure is desirable.
- Maintain and assist implementation of Technical Systems & Projects.
- Provide technical support for employees via Helpdesk system.
- Ensure all relevant documentation and procedures are up to date.
Secondary:
- Provide cross functional and regional support in other areas of IT when required.
- Respond readily to requests which require flexibility and mobility to support business needs.
- Educated to equivalent of Degree level in an IT subject.
- Very good communication and presentation skills.
- English - advanced.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in IT or relevant field.
- Experience in a multinational environment is a plus.
