Calsonic Kansei Romania is growing!
We are expanding our Engineering Team and therefore we are looking for a new colleague to join us in the role of Injection Moulding Engineer.
Our new colleague will be in charge of the following:
Responsible for the implementation, sustainability and continuous improvement of the injection moulding process;
To provide specific requirements for the manufacturing process;
Develop and implement action plans for continuous improvement of current results;
To improve cost effectiveness of processes;
To effectively manage the allocated budget and responsible for cost analysis;
Provide training and support for technicians in order to ensure proper maintenance of the injection machines.
Our new colleague should have:
Experience in a similar position of at least 1 year;
Experience in automotive industry (injection moulding) is an advantage;
Experience in moulding and injection machines maintenance;
Experience in subcontractors management;
Knowledge of mechanical / electrical / hydraulic systems;
Strong communication skills;
Good prioritizing abilities;
Good English level;
AutoCAD & Microsoft Office knowledge.
