Inginer ofertare constructii metalice

RESPONSABILITATI

Studiaza caietele de sarcini in vederea cunoasterii cerintelor pe care trebuie sa le indeplineasca oferta
Participa la studiul tehnic si in procesul de elaborare a ofertei in colaborare cu Directia Tehnica
Analizeaza cererea de oferta din punct de vedere al eligibilitatii si capacitatii tehnice si propune decizia de ofertare
Analizeaza caietul de sarcini
Solicita si urmareste obtinerea la timp a documentelor de calificare / eligibilitate;
Identifica necesarul de utilaje de constructii si mijloace de transport si intocmeste cereri de oferta catre prestatori;
In urma dispozitiilor primite, introduce in programul de calcul tarifele de manopera, cotele de indirecte, profit si organizare de santier
Intocmeste graficul de executie a lucrarilor
Completeaza formularele conform cerintelor prevazute in caietele de sarcini si a legislatiei in vigoare
Elaboreaza dosarul de licitatie
Cauta si gestioneza subcontractorii
Identifica posibilitati de optimizare a costurilor si/sau termenului de executie prin solutii alternative sau alte tehnologii;
Participa la clarificari tehnice financiare pe tot parcursul negocierii cu beneficiarul.
Asigura depunerea dosarului in conditii si la termenele prevazute.
Urmareste desfasurarea licitatiilor si redacteaza raportarile interne specifice departamentului de ofertare
