-Provides support for the line/production managers in all HR topics, being accountable for the HR Management in the production areas in close liaison with HR Department and Line Management.
-Coordinates implementation of the HR strategies, polices, procedures, guidelines and best practices;
-Plans the labour force & Recruitment needs for the production areas;
-Plans for and sticks to the yearly Salary Fund Planning;
-Evaluates the Jobs & aligns the evaluation with the HR Specialist;
-Contributes to the Staff Development Planning (Training Needs Analyses, Qualification & Training programmes, Career Succession Planning);
-Provides support in the JD generation and mainenance Process for all managers / Set up the JD for the direct subordinates;
-Applies and contributes to the staff & time norms’ development;
-Supports production managers and the HR Coordinators in the Reorganization & Restructuring process as well as roll out of various upcoming systems
-Makes quarterly analyses regarding turnover, exit causes, time utilization, productivity, salary fund utilization, training status, labour relations;
-Develops & Maintains an efficient communication with production managers, employees and specially subordinates
-Generates the necessary reports & statistics for the production managers, HR Department, Labour Authorities, etc.
-University degree;
-Significant experience within HR management (minimum 6 years);
-Knowledge of relevant Romanian labour law / work schedule regimes / shift models, etc.
-Understanding of institutional work environment, especially Trade Union issues
-Managerial capability and team leader skills
-Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills
-Proven track record (motivation, responsibility, people management, etc.)
-Potential for personal development
-Very good command of English (spoken and written)
-Competent with the use of computers
-Professional approach with regards to confidentiality.
-Willingness to work in Ploiesti most of the time
