RESPONSABILITATI

This is an experienced managerial position in P&G's greenfield Haircare Manufacturing Facility.
The new hair care plant in Urlati will start shipments in 2010.

The HR leader leads the design, deployment & maintenance of all HR systems
(compensation, training, recruiting, relocation, performance management, employee communication).

The HR leader is setting the direction to the broad plant leadership team to manage the plant with a healthy environment, putting in place the systems required to guarantee so,
while delivering the business results, the HR leader has the responsibility to develop the HR organization i.e. training/qualifying the people .

Brings alive the company principle that "people are our most important asset"

The individual will be fully involved in the recruiting and hiring activity of the people as well, and will be in the frontline to manage employee relations and to create the site culture.

Considering that this is a Greenfield Site, the activities of the HR leader will be heavily focused in the beginning on making sure the right organization design is put in place and on the overall coordination of the recruiting activities.

The HR leader ensures excellence in provision of the site services owned by HR; he/she leads the design, deployment & governance of the service provider(s) for the relevant site services (security, personnel administration, medical).


CERINTE

Mastery in country / labor laws, in specific HR systems
Local language skills are a must
Capability building skills: the person needs to have good teaching and communication skills and a keen interest to transfer knowledge to other people
The individual needs to be able to set direction and priorities and communicate them clearly and consistently
People development experience
Emotional intelligence: the person needs to have a high level of emotional intelligence to be able to understand people's motivations and differing points of view
Principle based approach
Experience in leading a start-up is an advantage
