On behalf of our client, major Central & Eastern Europe distribution group for well-known FMCG brands, with annual turnover of approx. US$ 110 million (2004), we are recruiting a top management position of Human Resources Director (Code HRA)
- Developing and implementing human resources procedures and policies;
- Effectively Managing and Coordinating HR activities;
- Managing the compensation and benefits system, employee relations, staff evaluations, training, labor relations, recruitment processes;
- Managing the information flow between departments and divisions of the Group;
- University degree in HR related field;
- Relevant experience in a similar position, preferably within multinational environment;
- Good knowledge about Labor Legislation;
- Availability for relocation or daily commuting to Ploiesti
