• Keeping an accurate evidence of project planning in terms of time and resources (budgeted costs vs achieved ones)
• Informing on the status of each project and spotting potential “sensitive phases”
• Reporting to the management the overdue actions/works and the impact on the initial planning
• Keeping close informative relation with the regulatory and permitting officer and other departments as required
(In addition to the above, this person can set-up and maintain a legislation data-base relevant for all departments (environmental, safety, fire-fighting, construction, ISCIR norms, ANRGN norms, general authorization requirements, etc), be the custodian of the master list of documents and update the staff training evidence date-base.)
• University degree, preferably technical background
• Good computer skills (MS - Word, Excel, Project)
• Preferably 1 year experience
• Have systematize approach (be very organized)
• Fast learning capability
• Pro-active attitude
• Good English knowledge (both written and spoken)
