-to recruit and integrate the new employees will be your main responsibility;
-to create and administrate the compensations system;
-to advice the management in HR affairs;
-to supervise the external services suppliers;
-to implement the HR procedures in all the divisions

You must have:
-at least 3 years experience in a similar position;
-University degree;post-graduated HR studies is an advantage
-English and MS Office literate;
-experience in working with HR procedures;
-very good communication and interpersonal skills, conflict management professional approach;
