DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Administering and providing day to day primary HR activities;
• Under minimal supervision, acts as a consultant to management in developing, implementing and coordinating policies and programs covering several or all of the following: recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, employee and labor relations, and personnel research;
• Participates in policy development and participates in cross-divisional HR teams;
• Communicates HR related programs to managers and employees;
• Handles special projects, as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelors Degree or educational equivalent;
• 8 years working experience;
• 6 years HR experience;
• HR Professional certifications preferred;
• Broad knowledge of several HR principles, practices, and procedures;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Must be a team player.
