RESPONSABILITATI

The job holder will assist the Human Resources Manager in the smooth running of the HR activities, with special attention on payroll, salary budget analysis and legislation.
The person in charge will have, among others, the following responsibilities:
- implementing a salary system in our Company together with HR Manager and after that he/she will be responsible for an accurate and timely calculation of salaries;
- managing the preparation of the payroll for the employees in accordance with rules and regulations and with tax rules in place;
- preparing statistical analysis of salaries costs, headcount figures and other internal reports;
- providing support to HR Manager in order to prepare salaries budgets and monitor variances;
- preparing all statutory reports regarding social charges and submit them to the legal authorities;
- providing advice and services on day-to-day employees relations issues within the framework of HR policies and procedures;
- responsible with all administrative issues, such as: employment agreements for the new people hired in the Company, update all changes for the employees (salary increase, promotions, personal changes, etc);
- interpreting and advising on employment legislation;
- keeping a good working relation with legal authorities.


CERINTE

Graduate of economic studies;
Human Resources Inspector Certificate;
Relevant experience in payroll activities and budgeting control;
Expert person in Romanian legislation and Taxation Law;
Good knowledge as a generalist in human resources;
Computer literate – especially Microsoft Office Package and specific software related to payroll;
Fluency in English;
Excellent communication, organizational and administrative skills;
Very good planning and reporting skills;
Team-work oriented.
