We are looking for passionate and highly determinate HR Consultant to join our outstanding team in Ploiesti.
Responsibilities
Sourcing, selecting and screening appropriate candidates;
Preparing and managing the staff records;
Ensuring the necessary information regarding the personnel issues;
Administrating the personnel database;
Keeping accounts for vacation leaves, sick leaves, time-off, work bonuses and turnover;
Realizing the recruitment and selection process in order to identify the best candidates that fit the job profile;
Ensuring the accuracy of the transmitted information in order to have a proper communication between the employees;
Elaborating periodic reports for the superior manager;
Preparing the necessary forms for employment and verifying the personnel file (ensuring that all the needed documents are attached to the file);
Archiving the personnel files for the liquidated employees.
Minimum 1 year of working experience;
Advanced level of English;
Driver’s licence;
Pro-active and dynamic person;
Excellent organizing and planning skills.
