Responsible for ongoing mapping and reservoir description efforts, integrating large amounts of geologic data using seismic in well planning and mapping, participation in volumetric and reserves estimations, providing geoscience support to a fast-paced drilling and development program and participation in an aggressive workover/completion programs.
This position will identify additional reserves and improve recovery from complex reservoirs.
- Applicant must have experience with oil and gas and compliance with Romania Norm regulations for oil and gas production.
- Applicant must be well spoken in English and Romanian and have competent computer skills (GeoGraphix-Landmark PC, preferred).
- A University degree is required.
- Must have 3 years experience. International experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- This position is based in Ploiesti.
