Pregatirea si planificarea procesului de evaluare a performantelor si de setare a obiectivelor
Gestiunea sistemelor de motivare si retentie a angajatilor
Analizarea climatului organizational si propunerea de activitati de comunicare interna
Studii Superioare (de preferat studii economice sau psihologie)
Minim 2 ani experienta in resurse umane
Cunostinte avansate de limba franceza
Cunoasterea proceselor si sistemelor de resurse umane: recrutare, integrare, formare profesionala, evaluarea performantelor, dezvoltare profesionala
Cunostinte de salarizare si legislatia muncii reprezinta un avantaj
