Our client is a major player in the romanian oil&gas industry that offers an excellent career chance for the following positions: 17 Finance Service Manager for Prahova, Teleorman, Bihor, Dambovita, Giurgiu, Arad, Constanta, Bacau, Galati, Valcea, Arges, Gorj.
Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the region overall plans and policies with regards to policies, procedures and practices from the company
• Directs and controls the financial, management and cost accounting, taxation, internal audit and treasury functions
• Acts as overall coordinator and first-line advisor to the Region Manager on all financial-, accounting-, procurement- and business administration-related matters within the region
• Shall have overseeing responsibilities for general region administration, data processing and IT issues on local level
• Reports to the Head of Finance & Services on progress against agreed objectives and upcoming obstacles in a timely manner
• Identify development opportunities consistent with the aim of the Region to improve efficiency and productivity
• Maintains an awareness of organizational and technological developments and ensures that the service operates in ways which make best possible use of the resources available
• Ensures that all finances are properly administered and monitored, including finance/ procurement/ accounting/ business administration control
• Ensures that appropriate financial regulations and controls are implemented, administered and monitored
• Undertakes such other duties and tasks as may lie within the scope of this post to ensure the effective delivery and development of the service;
• Participates at controlling reporting and review of controlling reports; generally controls and coordinates all finance-/, procurement-, accounting- and business administration-related issues within the region
• Strongly supports the Region Manager in the budget development process for the region budget and the Mid-term-planning
• Maintains day-to-day financial control of the service within budget heads agreed
• Takes high-level control and appropriate action on all land & property issues
• Ensures that the business of the region is handled in a highly ethical manner, compliant with the existing code of conduct and any connected regulation
• Supports the Region Manager on contacts and liaison with relevant authorities and other local stakeholders
• Identifies and implement plans for development and train subordinated staff; supervises an average of 1-2 operational controller, 0-1 investment controller, 1-2 procurement employees and 2 branch accountants


CERINTE

Job Requirements:
• Requires a minimum of 5 years experience of financial/ accounting/ procurement/ business administration responsibility
• Graduation from and accredited four-year college or university with a degree in accounting, finance, procurement, business or public administration, or a closely related field
• Literacy in Microsoft Office applications and stable computer skills in other pertinent programs
• Strong interpersonal skills, utilizing positive reinforcement and teamwork
• Must be creative, imaginative, have ingenuity and ability to communicate effectively using verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in both English and Romanian
