- assuring that the shift system functions and solving the eventual problems
- assuring quality and efficiency as discussed with the management
- supervising the production in order to sustain the deadlines
- testing and quality verifying the products and permanent improving the quality of the products
- mediating the relationship employees-management on personal leaves, medical check, professional development (the mechanics) vis-¿-vis cultural organization of the company
- maintain the contact with the factory suppliers and improving the production technology
- coordinate the maintenance process of the textile machines through internal repairing or foreign firms contribution
- maintaining the working conditions (labor protection, silence keeping)
- reporting to the management of the company
- taking financial decisions based on the list of acquisitions.
- Industrial studies, specialized in textiles
- English is mandatory
- Strong EDV Knowledge
- 5 to 10 years experience in the textile domain, in the serial manufacture
- Stress resistant, flexible and organized
- Proven leadership and persuasion abilities.
