Responsible for implementation, sustainability and continuous improvement of the processes;
To provide specific requirements of the production process;
Develop action plans for continuous improvement of current results and to achieve new goals;
To improve cost effectiveness of processes;
Responsible for achieving personal objectives;
Responsible for cost analysis;
To repair and maintain efficient equipment's in order to minimize downtime;
Create maintenance standards and maintain production line;
To record and report interventions in specific forms;
To reduce utilities and spare parts costs;
Commissioning;
Able to define, to understand and to lead a project;
Experience in a similar position at least 1 year;
Experience in automotive industry is an advantage.
Good knowledge of technical drawing;
Knowledge about the functions of sensors and photocells;
Able to prioritize their activities;
Basic knowledge about PLC-Omron, Allen Bradley (download, upload) and able to read and understand basic PLC ladder instruction;
Able to read and understand electrical drawings;
Basic knowledge about invertors and servo drivers;
Good communication skills;
Computer skills – MS Office, AutoCAD;
Studies: University degree – Technical / Engineering;
Foreign languages: English Good.
