-Processing bank statement , performing bank reconciliation and preparing cash flow reports;
-Performing payments through banking online application;
-Responsible for accurate and timely record of advances in local and foreign currency granted to the employees for business travel and ensuring the correct reimbursements/settlements to be made to each employee;
-Interacting with counter-parts and getting information required for treasury department;
-Other ad hoc Treasury and Accounting duties as required;
-Ensuring an accurate analysis of accounts receivable on ageing intervals and computing AR performance indicators;
-Weekly AR cleanup activities (e.g. clean up of unapplied payments ,credit notes);
-Processing domestic and external vendor invoices according to the deadline, checking: invoices description and the payment term in conformance with the contract, VAT applied;
-Payroll accounting;
-Keeping up to date with changes in local accounting and tax legislation.
-Education: University degree (economics, preferably accounting with at least 5 years of experience in finance/accounting);
-Knowledge of fiscal legislation (treasury and third parties bookkeeping);
-Strong knowledge and experience in accounting practice and theory;
-Experience in using JDE/SAP or similar systems;
-High level skills of using Microsoft Excel are mandatory.
- Fluent in English language, written and spoken;

-Experience of supervising and motivating a team;
-Experience of working closely with operational and other non-financial personnel;
