Provide support on problems provided by customer support representative on various problems;
Create and verify content in accordance with the requirements;
Conduct tests to determine whether equipment, software, or procedures are operating as expected;
Apply advanced knowledge of multiple web interfaces;
Accomplish both productivity and quality goals as defined.


Proficient in English;
Fluent in a second European language – advantage;
Proficient in MS Office, HTML/CSS is a plus;
Extremely comfortable with Internet technologies and eCommerce functionality;
Good organization and communication skills, detail oriented;
Ability to handle a variety of duties and to work in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring attendance, quality and customer service metrics are met;
Strong written communication skills.
