On behalf of our client, major Central & Eastern Europe transport and distribution group for well-known FMCG brands, with annual turnover of approx. US$ 140 million (2005), we are recruiting a top management position of Director - Transport Division (Code TDD)
Main Responsibilities:
- managing the transport division consisting of a fleet of 150 heavy trucks and a staff of over 200 people;
- defining and implementing divisions¿ development strategy;
- active role in contract negotiations and business development;
- Sound Business background (MBA or equivalent will be a great asset);
- Relevant experience in a similar management position, preferably within multinational environment;
- Proven communication/negotiation skills;
- Experience in in transport / logistics management is a must;
- Availability for relocation or daily commuting to Ploiesti
