- Responsible for the development and submission of quotation execution strategies
- Ensure the execution and completion of quotations and responses to any customer questions in a timely manner
- Manage the contract review process to ensure all issues raised and discussed with the client are fully incorporated within the contract and the final contract is reflective of Company???s offer
- Manage the order process through the plant of manufacture, liaise progress up-dates to both internal and external customers
- Develop and control bid execution strategies in order to coordinate all activities within the time constraints of the customer enquiry
- Prepare a Commercial Project Summary for submission to higher management for the approval of pricing levels and bid strategy
- Compile the final tender submission documents and compile appropriate cover letters etc. to comply with the Customer s tender instructions whilst observing Company policies and procedures
- Responsible for the capture and highlighting of any third party costs to be included into the quotation
- Ensure the timely submission of all tender documents in accordance with the original tender request
- graduated Engineering or Economic University
- minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
- advanced French and English language skills
