RESPONSABILITATI

Job Objective

The Customers Development Executive is the Company primary contact with a limited number of customers (Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Discounters, Cash & Carry) and prospects in a geographic sales territory. He/She is primarily responsible for promoting the sales and merchandising. He/She is responsible for achieving sales in his territory, merchandising and marketing objectives for all consumers’ lines.

Duties and Responsibilities

1.Contacts all key accounts and manage the relationship with staff store.

2.Executes in-store tactics and special events developed in partnership with Customer and
maintain the planograms developed within Category Management projects. Permanently seeks to ensure a better shelf space according with our market share.

3.Identifies any problem related to in-store execution, such as but not limited to: shelf price and price tags, placement, assortment and out-of-stock, POP materials and promotions and reports immediately to Customer Development Manager using Daily Report tool.

4.Provides service to key accounts for all products in accordance with the Company established policies.
5.Develops accurate knowledge of the buying and selling method and practices of each customer in the territory.

6.Encourages customers to advertise and promote the Company products, to increase the effectiveness of the Company advertising program at local level; works with customers and managers in setting up ads and promotions to take full advantage of the Company ad allowances.

7.Manage each active customer in the maintenance of optimum inventory levels of the Company products and the establishment of order quantities that fit each account. Acknowledge and immediately address out-of-stock situations.

8.Identifies the quality problems that arise in the field with each customer in a fair and equitable manner to both the customer and the Company, according to specific CP policies.

9.Execute 5P tactics for C-P products based on Customer Marketing strategy and monitor/ reports competitive 5P execution and conducting regular business reviews with customers.

10.Provides direction through coaching and feedback sessions to merchandising and promoters teams within the assigned area.

11.Proactively search and provides innovative business solutions in order to achieve the goals and to improve the customer performance.

12.Full supervising responsibilities of third party employee ( merchandising/promoters team) for Direct Trade and Cash & Carry, at the local level (hiring process, training, coaching, setting objectives regarding plan-o-grams, shelving, POP materials usage for Direct Customers and in-store activity, handling all administrative issues in a positive manner)

-Direct Trade understanding
-Experience in field execution in Direct Trade
-Analytical skills
-Good English knowledge
-Computer skills
-Clean driving license (B category)

Specific Requirements

-Very good communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent negotiation skills
-High level of energy and drive

Education and Experience Required

-University graduated
-At least 2-year sales experience, preferably with fast moving consumer goods company.
