RESPONSABILITATI

Develop / update continuous improvement training program materials
Execute and lead group to execute well designed CI projects
Plans and manages the successful implementation of the project deliverables
Identify and install metrics to evaluate effectiveness of process improvements
Provide process/system design and optimization ideas
Takes part in implementing performance management, root cause analysis and problem solving, autonomous and preventive maintenance, 5S, loss reduction, standardizing


CERINTE

Technical background (studies and experience)
Very good knowledge of Continuous Improvement practices/principles
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and influence with many levels of technical and business staff
Excellent analytical and organizational skills are required
Very good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Good command of English language
