Responsible for implementation, sustainability and continuous improvement of the processes.
Providing specific requirements of the production process.
Developing action plans for continuous improvement of current results and to achieve new goals.
Repairing and maintaining efficient equipment's in order to minimize downtime.
Improving cost effectiveness of processes.
Responsible for achieving personal objectives.
Responsible for cost analysis.
Creating maintenance standards and maintaining production line.
Recording and reporting interventions in specific forms.
Reducing utilities and spare parts costs.
Commissioning.
University degree – Technical / Engineering.
Experience in a similar position at least 1 year.
Experience in automotive industry is an advantage.
Good knowledge of technical drawing.
Knowledge about the functions of sensors and photocells.
Basic knowledge about PLC-Omron, Allen Bradley (download, upload) and able to read and understand basic PLC ladder instruction.
Able to read and understand electrical drawings.
Basic knowledge about invertors and servo drivers.
Foreign languages: English Good.
Computer skills – MS Office, AutoCAD.
Good communication skills.
