RESPONSABILITATI

- Mentine si dezvolta relatiile comerciale cu partenerii existenti;
- Identifica si abordeaza potentiali clienti;
- Administreaza relatia cu clientul si derularea intregului ciclu de vanzare, incepand de la contractare, livrare, incasare.
- Prospecteaza piata si cunoaste competitorii;
- Asigura incadrarea in bugetul de venituri si cheltuieli repartizat;
- promovarea produselor, consilierea clientilor;
- creare unei relatii directe si de durata cu clientii;
- dezvoltarea portofoliului de clienti
- actioneaza in permanenta in vederea cresterii numarului de clienti activi;
- raspunde de realizarea obiectivelor de vanzari;
- raspunde de mentinerea si imbunatatirea relatiei cu toti clientii alocati.

CERINTE

-Bune cunostinte utilizare PC: Pachet Office
-Abilitati de comunicare si negociere, initiativa si creativitate;
- Buna cunoastere si intelegere a pietei, capabil sa monitorizeze proiecte mari de investitii pe termen mediu si lung;
- Persoana pe care o cautam va fi implicata activ in solutionarea problemelor clientilor, incepand de la consultanta tehnica, corelarea si implementarea produselor ofertate, asistenta clientilor
- bune abilit??i de organizare, spirit de echip?
- experienta in vanzari imobiliare ( MINIM 6 LUNI )
