JOB SCOPE
Provides technical support to the engineer and geoscience staff.
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Updates digital production data base and geological data base or other additional data.
2) Helps in performing field evaluation studies (e.g. data base building/checking).
3) Supports the geological/production requirements for the enhancement projects.
4) Organizes paper and digital databases, including well design, production and test data, well logs, geological limits for copying, digitizing and loading data into software applications.
STUDIES/SENIORITY IN WORK/EXPERIENCE
Technical college graduate preferred;
Over 10 years of experience.
TECHNICAL & BUSINESS EXPERTISE
- digital database construction and maintenance;
- experience in computer network support, utilization and support of petroleum engineering and geoscience computer applications.
- knowledge of the engineers & geoscience data types;
- requested software background includes specific knowledge of technical software of OFM & Geographix or similar, in addition to the standard Microsoft Office applications.
