JOB SCOPE
1) Efficiently and professionally identifies, evaluates, documents and recommends enhancement and exploitation opportunities. 2) Guidelines and supervises the process of field evaluation studies. This includes reserve evaluation (high, medium, low) using the SPE guidelines, well production and test data, geoscience data to produce these evaluations studies. Additional expected results include production forecast, identification of work-over and drilling candidates, risk weighted economics and wellbore utility charts.
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Identifies and coordinates the evaluation of new opportunities and perform risk weighted economics.
2) Supports reservoir engineering requirements of Amromco Energy management.
3) Supervises and checks the storage (in the OFM data base) of Amromco Energy’s production and pressure information.
4) Originates, plans and reviews projects which may determine optimum methods in developing the field.
5) Supervises, mentors, and coordinates the efforts of a team of engineers and technicians.
6) Provides budget estimates for further operations and stay within budget.
7) Performs technical memos required by governmental agency and regular reporting as requested.
STUDIES/SENIORITY IN WORK/EXPERIENCE
Graduate of Oil & Gas University;
10 - 12 years of experience in reservoir engineering area.
TECHNICAL & BUSINESS EXPERTISE
1) knowledge of using production forecast software; 2) relevant experience of reservoir engineering.
