Verifying accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment
Verifying customers requests for daily shipments
Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials
Record shipment data for reporting, accounting, and record keeping purposes
Contact carrier representative to make arrangements and to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of materials
Confer and correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and non conformance to specifications
Picking, binding and labeling package finished product for shipping
Stage finished product for loading, load finished product onto trucks
Unload incoming materials - package from trucks and moving to warehouse storage
Warehouse management
Operate within standard operating procedures and Job Safety Instructions
Forklift certification
Knowledge of administrative and clerical logistic procedures and systems
At least 3 years working experience
Knowledge of principles and methods for moving goods by road, including the relative costs and benefits
Willingness to travel in Italy for Training
Full Time 3 Shifts
Italian language is preferred
